REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can write in to email@example.com to return your items to us and opt for refunds, as long as they reach us within 7 working days from the delivery date for local Philippines orders. We only accept returns for items that are purchased from PopSockets Philippines Website and in unopened, complete, original packaging.
- DO I NEED TO PAY TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is return the item personally at our office or cover the Registered Mail postage / Delivery fee to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!
- WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to be mailed out via LBC or Courier Delivery.
- LBC (Outside of Metro Manila)
- 7-14 working days upon order confirmation but there will be No Refund/Redeliver of your purchase if LOST. (Depending on location)
- Our Courier Delivery (within Metro Manila only) :
- 3-5 working days upon order confirmation. ( P150 /Order )
- ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR LOCAL COURIER RE-DELIVERY?
A re-delivery charge of P150 will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.
- DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
- I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL. WHO CAN I CONTACT?

- WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT?
We offer the following modes of payment - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
- I RECEIVED A WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you accordingly!
- CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
Yes you may do so but please drop us an e-mail beforehand at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will only accept exchanges for items that are unopened and in original condition.
